NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

City of Stanwood, WA



Pursuant to RCW 42.30.080 City of Stanwood Mayor Callaghan has called a special meeting of the City Council Monday, November 22nd, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted by telephone and online; connection information will be posted on the City’s Website—https://www.stanwooodwa.org. The special meeting agenda is limited to the following matters:

 

  1. Third Reading and Final Adoption of Ordinance 1499—Permit Procedures and Permitted Use Matrix Code Amendment

  2. Second Reading and Final Adoption of Ordinance 1500—2022 Property Tax Levy

  3. Resolution 2021-12 – Capital Improvement Plan Update—2022-2027

  4. Resolution 2021-13 – Salary & Benefit Schedule Amendment

  5. Mid-Biennium Budget Amendment    

  1. Receive Public Comment on the Proposed Ordinance

  2. Second Reading and Final Adoption of Ordinance 1501

  1. Executive Session, TO DISCUSS POTENTIAL/PENDING LITIGATION PURSUANT TO RCW 42.30.110( 1)(i)
