[ARCHIVED] Notice of Decision

 Maple Court Boundary Line Adjustment

The City of Stanwood has issued a Notice of Decision for a Boundary Line Adjustment as required by Stanwood Municipal Code. The following project has been APPROVED, with the conditions listed in the permit decision.

Project Name: Maple Court BLA

Proponent: Maple Court 2000, LLC

Project Number: Boundary Line Adjustment 2020-0178

Description of Proposal: The applicant has submitted a boundary line adjustment application to permit a lot combination and line adjustment between three parcels. Parcel B, Parcel E and Parcel F are located in the Multi-Family Residential (MR) zone. The boundary line adjustment combines Parcel E and Parcel F to create a new Parcel F. The common property line between the Parcel B and Parcel F is then adjusted, so that Parcel B retains an area of 5.51 acres and Parcel F retains an area of 3.69 acres. This adjustment is necessary to simplify and combine the three loans on the properties into one loan, to combine the current apartments into one common parcel, and to provide a vacant lot for possible future development. Parcel B retains access from 72nd Avenue NW and Parcel F retains access from Pioneer Highway. The current ownership, access and circulation throughout the site remains unchanged.

Location: 26031 72nd Avenue NW, Stanwood, WA 98292

 Boundary Line Adjustment Decision: Approved

SEPA Decision: Project is Exempt

Notice of Decision Date: Thursday, April 23, 2020

End of Appeal Period: Thursday, May 7, 2020
