Beginning Monday, December 5, the Sebranke property, located northwest of the intersection of Florence Road and 271st St NW, will be temporarily closed to perform remedial actions to remove contaminated soils from the site.  You may see several parking stalls being used by construction crew members near the site, but they should not be parking on street parking along 271st. You may also see dump trucks parked in the alley way in the parking lot to temporarily load and unload. The project should take about 2-3 weeks.

RoadsideMowingRoadside Maintenance

We would like to remind citizens that periodically, vegetation management takes place along roadsides on public right-of-ways. During the summer, this maintenance increases.

Please note: Inside the city limits, this maintenance is performed by WSDOT, Snohomish County, and the City of Stanwood. Any maintenance outside the city limits is performed by WSDOT or Snohomish County. We appreciate the patience and respect shown to our employees and those of the other entities.
