All regular and special meetings of the Stanwood City Council are open to the public, except as provided for in Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 42.30. Council meetings are run in accordance with Council’s Rules of Procedure.

Verbal Comments: Anyone wishing to provide a verbal comment may do so by attending the city council meeting in person.
Remote Comments: City of Stanwood council meetings can receive remote (online or phone-in) public comments by reasonable accommodation only. Any requests for reasonable accommodations for remote participation, must be sent in writing to the City Clerk at city.clerk@ci.stanwood.wa.us no later than 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.
